Do you want to dance with grace like this star? She’s been training regularly at Touch Compass’ ENCOMPASS integrated dance workshop at Grey Lynn Community Centre. These usually run from 1.5 to 2hrs and are run by trained Touch Compass tutors. People attending community workshops range in age from 4yrs old to seniors. Usually around half of the participants have a disability.
The next round of classes begin on Saturday 23 October and run for eight weeks. They are heaps of fun, give you opportunities to stretch yourself and meet awesome people like the woman above. Hurry up and book your spot as these workshops are very popular.
