Must be something in the water but this final weekend of July had a flurry of performances which we needed to attend.
Last night, we went to Metro Theatre in Mangere East and watched the public presentation of Past, Present, Future by Keneti Muaiava. There was a great vibe of support, with the performances full of grace and energy.
Heading into town, we watched the final show of Hear Me.
Works which stood out were Instructions for re-membering (forwards) by Becca Wood and I am still here by Christina Houghton.
