Today, we took part of a highly energetic, physical and profound workshop for teachers and professional practitioners with Sam Scott, Massive Company´s Artistic Director.
In the confines of Q Theatre´s rehearsal space, the Vault, thirteen of us ran around the room, losing and winning at games, touching poor inanimate objects with our behinds and learning more and more from Sam about the process of making Massive´s latest show, The Brave.
The generosity and passion was evident, with Sam, sharing the philosophy behind the company´s work, anecdotes of how particular scenes were made and what drives her to have led a company that´s been around for 21 years.
