For the past six days, nineteen artists were challenged, encouraged and inspired by IndepeDANCE Artist in Residence, Te Toki Haruru Charles Koroneho in collaboration with Performance Designer Sean Curham and coordinated by Kerryn McMurdo.
Based at Unitec’s Te Noho Kotahitanga Marae, through discussions, movement and improvisation, our time culminated in a performance showing last night at, near and around the marae.
