Today, we went to the last weekend for Gavin Hipkins’ Erewhon at Mangere Arts Centre.
What made this special hence our trip today was the live twenty-minute performance from Gavin’s film, featuring actress Mia Blake and audio artist Rachel Shearer. Also, Gavin was back from overseas and the show’s catalogue came out today too.
Sumptuous imagery, stunning narration, with a splendid symphony of sound, this third iteration of Erewhon could have kept going on and on for us as we were totally immersed.
