With clement weather and the buzz of zero waste, we enjoyed ourselves immensely at EcoDay, the grand finale of the month-long EcoWest Festival from EcoMatters.
We learnt about the ease of bokashi from the Compost Collective, tasted the yummy 100% dairy and gluten free almond ice cream from OLelei and enjoyed Sudanese meatballs from the WISE Collective Catering.
