This week, we were very fortunate to witness the inauguration of the first Pasifika president of the Otahuhu Rotary Club, Sefuluai Taupau Bella Taisia. Her generosity, alofa and tautua/service extends to all and sees her incredibly involved in so many different circles, currently the Premier Womens Coach for the Otahuhu Rovers Rugby League Football Club Inc and as a busy mother of six.
The Otahuhu Town Hall Community Centre was beautifully decked out in both Rotary regalia and elei fabric. The formalities of club life were dovetailed with incredibly performances from Bella’s aiga potopoto/extended family, as seen on our Facebook page here (WordPress is slightly archaic).
