Today, we did our second market installment of DESIRE PATHS at Otahuhu Markets, which had our first bike maintenance session with local legend, bike mechanic and frame maker, David Benson. We had so many interactions with locals and visitors, as far away as Taumaranui, with Pōkeno, a close second.
We also had Koroheke and son, keen bike riders with @bikelife Collective NZ. Son got his wheels checked over, in preparation for the next ride in Whangārei.
Below is a photo summary of our first week. Come and join us tomorrow on Friday 26th June for Week 2, 10am-12pm for any administration help i.e. form filling and 12pm for screen acting i.e. acting for film and television at the Otahuhu Town Hall, nothing on Saturday and can collection recycling this Sunday from 10am-12pm, meeting in front of Otahuhu Food City aka the food court. All for FREE.
